Nova OS See if it's a fit

Nova OS vs
Keap.

Keap has been automating small businesses since the Infusionsoft days, and Campaign Builder is a serious piece of software. It is also a canvas someone has to draw on — and the question is whether that someone is you.

Nova OS Built for you. Live in about five minutes. $99/mo flat.
Keap You build the campaigns. From $249/mo, plus setup.

we tell you where Keap wins too

Chapter I · The whole argument

Same price.
This instead of that.

Five differences. If you only read one part of this page, read this part — everything after it is evidence.

Keap sells you the workshop. Nova hands you the finished machine.

01

It builds itself. You don't.

You describe what you sell. Nova generates the pipeline, the follow-up sequences, the booking flow and the templates around it, and it checks every fact it used back against your own words before you ever log in.

Keap

The account arrives empty. You lay out the campaigns, tags, forms and sequences in Campaign Builder — with a paid implementation package to guide you, or a certified partner you hire.

02

Working tomorrow, not next quarter.

Describe your offer today; the system is answering and booking leads the same day. Nothing to configure first, nothing to learn before it earns.

Keap

Implementation comes first: onboarding sessions, a data import, then the campaigns themselves. It is a project measured in weeks — and the weeks come before the first automated follow-up goes out.

03

You change it by saying so.

“Text my no-shows at 9am.” “Add a stage for renewals.” “Write me a month of content.” Nova edits the automation itself. There is no builder to learn and no settings maze to find.

Keap

Changes mean opening Campaign Builder and rewiring goals, sequences and tags yourself. It is a powerful canvas — but it is still a canvas, and someone has to draw on it every time the offer changes.

04

One bill. $99. Flat.

The software, the AI, the build, the migration, the support and your message volume are one price. No wallet to top up, no per-contact tier, no setup invoice.

Keap

Published pricing starts from $249/mo billed annually and is scaled by contacts and user seats, with an implementation package priced separately and phone and text messaging priced separately again.

05

It chases the lead. Not you.

New leads get a real reply in under a minute, in your voice. No-shows get chased. Quiet leads get revived. Every one of those is a close you were losing quietly.

Keap

Capable of every one of those — once the campaign exists. Your follow-up is exactly as fast and as thorough as the sequence you last found time to finish.

Honest note: a dedicated texting number is $20/mo on top, with 2,000 texts a month included.

Chapter II · The short answer

Two good tools.
Two different jobs.

Keap is not weak software — it is one of the originals, and plenty of businesses run beautifully on it. It is built for people who build automation. If that is not your job, the maths changes.

Choose Keap if

you want to build it yourself.

  • You have someone in-house who enjoys designing lifecycle automation on a visual canvas.
  • You want quotes, invoices, subscriptions and payments living natively inside the CRM.
  • You value a two-decade ecosystem — certified partners, integrations and an established API.
  • You are happy paying for implementation up front and owning the campaigns forever after.
Choose Nova OS if

you want it already built.

  • You are a coach, consultant or local service business — the operator and the closer are the same person: you.
  • You want leads answered, screened and booked this week, not after a six-week build.
  • You want to change things by saying what you want, not by learning a workflow builder.
  • You want one flat bill — no usage wallet, no per-contact tier, no setup invoice.
Chapter III · Side by side

Everything that actually
changes your week.

Not a feature-count contest. Four short tables, one per part of the job.

Chapter IV · The true cost

The sticker price
is not the price.

An illustration, not a quote: what a single coaching or service business tends to pay each month once the thing is actually running.

The left-hand card is an illustration of the shape of the bill, not a quote — Keap's own published plan starts from $249/mo billed annually as of July 2026, and what you actually pay depends on your contact tier, your seats, your implementation package and your messaging. Chapter V · Fair is fair

Where Keap
genuinely wins.

If a comparison page never says a good word about the other side, it is an advert. Three places Keap is the right call — and we will tell you so on the phone.

i

Campaign Builder is a serious canvas

Two decades of lifecycle automation went into it: goals, sequences, tags and branching laid out visually so you can see the whole customer journey at once. If you have someone who loves designing automation, few small-business tools go deeper. Nova does not try to out-build it — Nova builds it for you instead.

ii

The money side lives in the CRM

Quotes, invoices, subscriptions and payments are native to Keap, on the same contact record as the marketing. For a business that bills recurring clients out of the same system it markets from, that is a real and unglamorous advantage.

iii

Maturity, partners and integrations

Keap has been at this since the Infusionsoft days, with an established API, a long list of integrations and a network of certified partners who already know the product. Nova is younger. Our answer is that we do the building for you rather than pointing you at a partner — but that ecosystem is real and worth something.

Chapter VI · Switching

Moving off Keap
takes an afternoon.

You keep your contacts, your history and your number. Nothing gets deleted on their side until you say so — run both for a week if you want.

01

Export, don't rebuild

Pull contacts, companies, tags and order history out of Keap as CSV and send them over. We import them with pipeline stages, owners, tags and notes preserved. You do not retype anything.

02

We rebuild the campaigns

Tell us what your Campaign Builder sequences currently do, or screenshot the canvas. Nova rebuilds the equivalent — follow-up, reminders, no-show chase, revival, renewals — around your offer, usually the same day.

03

Move the number and the billing, then cancel

Your business number is portable, so no lead ever texts a dead line, and your invoicing moves across with it. Once your calendar is booking out of Nova, cancel Keap. Not before.

Migration is included — there is no onboarding invoice at the end of it.

Chapter VII · Straight answers

The questions people
actually ask.

Is Nova OS just a Keap white label?+
No. Nova OS is our own product on our own infrastructure — not a Keap app, not a reseller account, not a rebrand. Nothing here depends on another platform's roadmap, pricing changes or uptime. That is also why our feature list is shorter and our setup is not your problem.
What does Keap really cost per month?+
Keap publishes one all-in-one plan starting from $249/mo billed annually, with month-to-month costing more. That covers two user licences and an entry contact tier; extra users are published from $39/mo each and larger contact tiers cost more. There is also a required implementation package priced separately, and phone and text messaging are priced separately again — check their pricing page for today's numbers. Nova OS is $99/mo flat, with the build and your message volume included; the number itself is $20/mo on top, with 2,000 texts a month included.
How long until I have something that works?+
A Keap account starts empty. Implementation, the data import and then building your campaigns is a project of weeks, not hours — whether you do it or a certified partner does. Nova is built around your offer by Nova itself and handed to you working, usually in about five minutes of you describing what you sell.
Can I move my data across?+
Yes, and we do it for you. Export contacts, companies, tags and orders from Keap as CSV; we import them with stages, owners, tags and notes preserved. Describe your campaigns and we rebuild the equivalent. And Nova exports just as freely — your data is always yours.
Does Nova text and call like Keap does?+
You get a dedicated, carrier-registered business number. Nova answers new leads in under a minute in your voice, screens them, books them, chases no-shows and revives quiet leads — and replies land straight in your pipeline. The difference is that the volume is included rather than priced separately. The number itself is $20 a month on top, with 2,000 texts included.
What if we already have someone who builds our automations?+
Then read chapter V again honestly. If you have an operator who enjoys living in Campaign Builder, Keap is a fine home and we will say so. If that person is you, at 9pm, between calls — that is exactly the job Nova was built to take off your desk.
What happens if I want to leave Nova?+
You leave any month. Export your contacts, deals, notes and documents, port your number out, and that is that. No annual contract, no exit fee, and nobody from retention holding your data while they call you.
What about the other CRMs I'm looking at?+
Keap is one of the ones we get asked about most, but the argument is the same against a stack of tools or any other platform. See Nova OS vs other CRMs for GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Kajabi and ActiveCampaign.

Stop building software.
Start closing.

Tell us what you sell. We'll show you, on your own numbers, what a system that follows up for you is worth every month.
