The stack audit

Add up what your stack costs you. Then look at the number.

Nobody adds it up. The charges are spread across twelve cards on nine different renewal dates, and each one felt reasonable on its own. So here is a calculator with the real July 2026 list prices for 60 tools. Tick what you actually pay for. We'll do the arithmetic.

6 things
    How we priced it

A number you can actually defend

A savings calculator that flatters itself is worth nothing to you, because you'll check one price, find it wrong, and close the tab. So here's exactly what we did.

    01 · The prices

Their published list price, read in July 2026

Every figure came off the vendor's own pricing page, at the entry tier they publish. Where a page renders prices in JavaScript we couldn't read, we used current published reporting instead and said so on the tool.

We use list price, not your promo rate. If you're on a legacy deal or a first-year discount, hit Custom on that tool and type what you actually pay.

    02 · Monthly vs yearly

Both rates, because they're very different

Most of these tools charge substantially more month-to-month than they do if you hand over a year up front. Typeform Basic is $39 monthly and $28 on annual. Zapier Professional is $29.99 against $19.99.

The toggle switches every price in the calculator at once, so you're comparing like for like — including against Nova, which is $99 either way.

    03 · Seats

Per-seat plans are marked, and multiplied

Roughly half the tools here bill per seat. That's the line item that quietly triples when you hire your second and third person — a $12 CRM seat is $12, then $36, then $120.

Change the seat count and every per-seat plan recalculates. Flat-priced tools stay flat. Nova OS has no per-seat pricing at all, so it stays at $99.

04 · What we refuse to count

    Zoom is not a saving

Nova OS doesn't host your calls, run your community, host your course, replace Google Workspace or do your bookkeeping. Those tools are tagged keep and contribute zero to the headline number, even when you select them.

A handful of others — Notion, ChatGPT, Kajabi, Airtable — Nova replaces for the job you probably bought them for, but not entirely. They're tagged partly, and there's a switch to exclude them completely.

05 · The other side of the ledger

    Nova OS: $99/month, flat

No per-contact fees. No per-seat pricing. No setup fee. No AI usage meter. Migration from whatever you're on now is included, and you can leave any month with all of your data.

The honest asterisks: a dedicated texting number is $20 a month on top, with 2,000 texts included — a registered number isn't inside the $99. And four optional apps are sold separately (Nova Chat $70, Nova Clients $50, Email Campaigns $40, Nova AI Setter $300). None of them is required; the whole CRM is the $99.

    06 · The point

Money is the boring half of it

Cancelling six subscriptions is a nice afternoon. What actually changes your month is that a lead who fills your form at 11:40pm gets a real answer at 11:40pm, gets booked, gets reminded, and shows up warm — with nobody remembering to do any of it.

The savings are just the part you can put in a spreadsheet.

    Straight answers

    The obvious objections

Where exactly do these prices come from?
Each one is the vendor's own published list price, read off their pricing page in July 2026, at the entry usage tier they advertise. We record the month-to-month price and the annual-billing price separately, and we flag which plans charge per seat. SaaS pricing moves constantly — several of these tools raised prices during 2026 while we were building this. Always check the vendor's page before you make a decision, and hold us to ours.
Isn't this rigged to make Nova look good?
It's rigged the other way, on purpose. Twelve of the tools in here are tagged keep — Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Canva, Skool, Circle, Teachable, Thinkific and the meeting-notes tools — and they contribute nothing to the savings number no matter what you tick. Another handful are tagged partly with a switch to remove them entirely. If you tick a lean stack, the page will tell you plainly that you wouldn't save money.
What if I'm paying less than the list price?
Very likely, if you bought during a launch or you're on a grandfathered plan. Every tool has a Custom option — click it and type the real number off your card statement. That's the version of this page worth screenshotting.
What does Nova OS actually replace?
The CRM, the booking link, the intake forms, the email tool, the texting tool, the DM bot, the site chat, the social scheduler, the task and project tool, the proposal and e-sign tool, the automation glue, and the client-admin tool. It does those jobs from one login, already configured around your offer. The full head-to-heads against the big platforms are on the comparison hub.
My stack is cheap. Why would I switch?
Then don't switch to save money — the page will say as much. Switch if you want the follow-up to stop depending on you remembering: new leads answered in seconds at any hour, no-shows chased, and the "not right now" list still being worked three months later. That's the part no combination of cheap tools does, because it isn't a feature, it's a system that has to be already built.
How long does moving actually take?
About five minutes to be live — you answer three questions and Nova provisions your pipeline, booking page, automations, KPIs, a month of content and a first-week plan. Bringing your history across (contacts, opportunities, calendars, stages, owners, tags and notes, plus porting your number) is included, and runs alongside you using it.

    Twelve subscriptions.
    One system.

You already did the hard part — you built the business. The tax you're paying is nine renewal dates and a follow-up process that only runs when you're awake. Both of those are fixable this afternoon.
