A full pass over the parts of Nova you meet first — the setup, your booking page and your automations. The thread running through it: Nova now shows you what it read, where it got it, and whether something actually happened. Some of this round is half-finished, and where that's true it says so below.

New

See everything Nova learned about your business (Setup)
When you hand Nova your material, it now shows you every fact it pulled out — the source it came from, the line it was taken from, and how sure it is. Anything it's unsure about is pushed to the top with the conflict spelled out, so you can correct it before it reaches your pipeline, your booking page or a single email.
Fix an answer without starting the conversation over (Setup)
Every answer Nova filled in for you is now something you can open and correct in place, rather than a line of text you'd have to argue with.
Add your first person before you leave setup (Setup)
Setup used to end on a wall of “video coming soon”. It now ends with one thing: the name of somebody you're already talking to, added to your pipeline. The walkthrough is still there if you want it, and skippable if you don't.
Sensitive material is flagged when you upload it (Files)
If a document you add looks like it holds personal or financial details, Nova marks it, hides phone numbers and email addresses in the stored text, and keeps it out of the material it learns your writing voice from. A client list can no longer teach Nova how you write.

Improved

Nova checks a fact against its source before keeping it (Setup)
Anything Nova extracts now has to survive a check against the line it came from. When it doesn't, Nova says so in plain words — “I wrote that down as calls, but the line I took it from is about money” — instead of filing it and moving on.
Your timezone comes from what you told us, not from a device (Setup)
Nova used to take your timezone from whatever browser happened to be open, which is how a coach in Texas ended up on European hours. It now works it out from what you've actually said about where you are, and asks you outright when the two disagree. Your public booking page still shows your hours in your zone — a visitor-side switcher is not built yet.
Your name, logo and colour land during the build (Setup)
The workspace is renamed and your logo, icon, accent colour and booking-page name are applied while Nova builds, rather than left as placeholders for you to find later.
Easier to read, in both light and dark (Everywhere)
A contrast pass across all three products took the number of places where text was too faint to read comfortably from thousands down to 78. Text size is the other half of that problem and it is not done — there is still small print below a comfortable size, and it is the next pass.
Less software language on screen (Everywhere)
Secrets, protocol names, framework names and internal identifiers have been taken off every screen in Nova OS, and an automatic check now fails the build if any of them come back. Nova Chat still has a couple and is next in line.

Fixed

The build screen no longer freezes (Setup)
The progress bar could stop moving while the build carried on behind it, so a finished setup looked like a hung one. It now names the step it's on, keeps checking even when the live connection goes quiet, and if nothing has moved for 45 seconds it says so and offers you a refresh.
Your booking page shows your business — and bookings land with you (Booking)
Where more than one business had chosen the same wording for a booking link, the page could show a different business's title, description and screening questions, and a booking made through it could be recorded against that other business. Public booking links now identify the business that owns them. A link that points at exactly one business keeps working; one that could mean several is refused outright rather than guessed at — if you have an old link in an ad or a bio, take a fresh one from your booking settings.
An automation that did nothing no longer reports success (Automations)
A run that matched nobody and sent nothing used to be logged as a win. The run status is now worked out from the steps that actually did something, using the same reckoning the summary card and the detail panel use — so the two can't disagree with each other any more.
Phone numbers stop being quietly rewritten (Contacts)
A valid number could be silently emptied on save. It's now kept exactly as you typed it, and a number Nova genuinely can't read comes back as a plain-English message instead of a blank field.
An internal usage page could show more than your workspace (Privacy)
A page built for our own team was reachable from the customer menu and showed activity from beyond your own workspace. Reading it is now scoped to your workspace and fails closed — no workspace, no rows — and seeing anything wider takes a verified operator.
We went looking for the same mistake everywhere else (Privacy)
The booking-page problem came from one assumption about how records are matched up. We audited every other place that assumption was made — incoming messages from the phone and email networks, and a couple of internal caches — and changed them all to refuse and log when a match is ambiguous, instead of picking one.

Forms, and a locked front door

Nova learned to build forms and quizzes, other apps learned to talk to Nova, and the front door got considerably harder to kick in.

Pass a ready-made email straight through (Automations)
If another system already wrote the email, Nova now relays it as-is instead of trimming it down.
Limits on everything, so nobody can flood it (Security)
Every part of Nova now has a request ceiling, repeat offenders get blocked, and AI usage has hourly and daily caps. Outgoing email is paced so a big send can't get your domain flagged.

Fixed

Your availability covers the whole day (Scheduling)
Hours outside 6am–10pm couldn't be offered at all. Early risers and late-evening coaches can now set the hours they actually work.
An unpaid number says it's unpaid (Texting)
A dedicated texting number that hadn't been paid for looked live and quietly sent nothing. It now says exactly what's wrong and gives you a way to fix it in one click.

The review room

Fixed

Four things we were not charging for (Billing)
Four cases where a paid feature was being handed out without a charge attached. Fixed — and each product now has its own base price rather than sharing one.
Settings would not open at all (Settings)
A single duplicated line stopped the entire settings screen from loading. It's a one-character class of mistake and it's now caught before release.
Real videos no longer break the layout (Content)
Once actual footage was loaded the timeline was pushed off screen. The review layout now holds its shape at any video size.

Everything in its place

Nova stops saying it saved something it didn't (Assistant)
The assistant would report success on actions that quietly failed — saved inspiration that wasn't saved, a list that wrote nothing. It now checks the result, and says so when it can't do something.
Nova works in the workspace you're actually in (Assistant)
Mentioning a client by name could send the whole conversation into their workspace. It stays where you are, and there's now a test that fails the build if that ever changes again.
“In five minutes” means in five minutes (Reminders)
Relative reminder times were being worked out on your device and could land hours off. They're computed centrally now.

Texting that behaves

Nova could reply to its own message and start a loop. It doesn't.
Reminders land in the right timezone (Reminders)
Appointment reminders were being sent against the wrong clock for anyone outside the server's timezone.
Sample data can't appear in a real workspace (Privacy)
When a list came back empty, some screens fell back to demonstration content that wasn't yours. That fallback is gone — an empty list now says it's empty.
No more phantom “set up calling” (Email)
A calling setup card advertised a feature that wasn't there, and the email connection could get stuck pretending to be in test mode. Both fixed.

Automations in plain English

Waits could be skipped over, so a three-day drip could arrive in one afternoon. They now hold, survive a restart, and can be anchored to an appointment.

People you contacted first were being counted as inbound leads, which quietly flattered every report you looked at.
The invite tells people how to get in — and how to get out (Scheduling)
Calendar invites now carry the join details and a way to cancel or reschedule, instead of a bare title.

A background refresh would reset your scroll position mid-scan.

Nova was printing its citations as raw bracketed text mid-sentence. They're quiet source pills now.
